release of approvalsResponsible for coordination and alignment with other functions (supply chain, logistics etc.) and possibly external service providersSecuring operational conditions for equipment availability (e.g. freeze protection list)Implementation responsibility for all aspects concerning occupational safetyMonitoring and ensuring adherence to rules and regulationsResponsible for implementation of risk assessments according to labor protection laws and hazardous materials regulationsResponsible for administering plant permit systemResponsible for executing safety instructionsResponsible for investigating SHE incidents and implementation of preventive or corrective measures (focus accidents)Collaboration in creating safety and environment-related protection concepts (SHE assessments, inquiries into old assets, …)Quality assuranceResponsible for compliance with product specificationsIn-process analyticsResponsible for root cause analysis in case of quality deviations and implementation of preventive resp. corrective measureResponsible for defining, recording, and controlling production-related KPIs (customer satisfaction, SHE performance)Responsible for supply managementInitiation of measures in case of short-term requirement changes by customersInitiation of countermeasures in case of unplanned asset states (e.g.
