This role is responsible for executing the production plan, managing personnel, maximizing throughput, minimizing downtime, and ensuring product quality and safety standards are consistently upheld.The Production Manager serves as the critical link between strategic production planning and frontline execution—directing, communicating, and actively managing operations in real time to ensure production goals are achieved.
