Production ManagerRussell Landscape is seeking a skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee our operations. In this key role, you'll lead crews, coordinate schedules, and ensure every property we service meets our high standards of quality and client satisfaction.What You'll Do:Coordinate field crews and daily routingEnsure properties are prepared and ready for installationMonitor daily production progressMonitor irrigation functionality on properties by following up with flower crews to determine the root cause of poor-quality flowers.Train your current crew members as well as new crew membersAssist with schedule execution and adjustmentsSupport weather delay recovery effortsCoordinate completion of punch list itemsAddress deficiencies immediatelySupport customer satisfaction effortsLead tailgate safety meetingsAttend all required safety, skill, and leadership development trainingsProfessionally represent the company's values, standards, and principles in all interactionsSupport the company culture and employee environment.Material & Vendor CoordinationCoordinate plant pickups and deliveriesVerify all material quantities upon deliveryEnsure crews inventory plants against original ordersCommunicate shortages or substitutions immediatelyReduce material waste and installation delaysCoordinate replacement materials as neededDocumentation & Administrative ResponsibilitiesUpload completion photosEnsure accurate production reportingVerify labor and material entries dailyCommunicate production updates to managementAssist with tracking unresolved issues and callbacksMaintain organized field communicationCustomer & Branch CoordinationConduct onsite customer walkthroughs when neededAssist with resolving property concernsCoordinate with Account Managers and Branch ManagersSupport outer market teams as neededRepresent Russell Landscape professionally onsiteWhat You'll Bring:3+ years of landscaping production or seasonal color experienceExperience managing field crewsAbility to read layouts and planting plansStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environmentsExperience with operational software systems preferredDrivers License RequiredWhy Join Russell Landscape:Flexible PTO: PTO accrual per pay periodComprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance, plus voluntary benefits including life insurance, short- and long-term disability, hospital indemnity, and more.Retirement Support: 401(k) plan with 2% company match.
