Job TitleThis role is responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining fabrication operations to ensure all products meet customer demand, quality standards, and safety expectations.Job DescriptionThis role partners cross-functionally to implement continuous improvement strategies across the organization.

Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and sustaining fabrication and assembly operations to meet production and customer demand. The position will drive long-term strategies to improve quality, safety, and operational performance, aligning manufacturing processes with Quality Assurance standards and objectives. Additionally, it leads and supports Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to drive continuous improvement.Key tasks include:Develop, implement, and sustain fabrication and assembly operations to meet production and customer demandEstablish and drive long-term strategies to improve quality, safety, and operational performanceAlign manufacturing operations with Quality Assurance standards and objectivesLead and support Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to drive continuous improvementCollaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, supply chain, finance, HR, and sales teamsIdentify process gaps and implement solutions to improve efficiency, throughput, and product qualityMonitor production metrics and implement corrective actions as neededLead change management efforts and ensure successful adoption of new processes and initiativesDrive a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement within the manufacturingWhat We OfferCompensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $98,000 - $129,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan.
