Machine Operator - Cable Manufacturing

1st Shift: 6am-2:30pm, Monday - Friday + Overtime Opportunity
Starting pay-rate: $19-20/hr
Weekly Pay + Health Insurance
What You'll Do
* Set up and operate cable manufacturing equipment at required production speeds.
* Monitor equipment and maintain required tolerances and specifications.
* Perform in-process testing and quality inspections.
* Load and unload reels and materials.
* Use measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers .
* Read and follow production instructions, blueprints, schematics, and work procedures.
* Assist on other production lines as needed.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
* Identify quality issues and assist with rework when necessary.
What We're Looking For
* Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred .
* Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
* Experience using measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers.
* Ability to understand and follow production specifications and procedures.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work with minimal supervision.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of a manufacturing environment.
