Production Machine Operator | Manufacturing FacilityLocation: Salisbury, NC Pay range: $14.50–$15.50/hr + $2/hr Attendance Bonus Shift: 1st Shift: 5am-5pm | 3rd shift 5pm - 5amWe are seeking experienced Machine Operators with Forklift experience to join a growing manufacturing facility in Salisbury, NC. This position plays a vital role in supporting production operations by safely moving materials throughout the facility, loading and unloading products, and ensuring production lines remain supplied with materials.Job Responsibilities:Operate forklifts to transport bales and raw materials throughout the facilityCoordinate the movement of materials from trailers and storage areas to grinding machinesSupport grinding operations by maintaining a steady flow of materials to productionComplete production and inventory paperwork accurately and timelyPerform pre-shift equipment inspections and report any issuesFollow all safety procedures and company policiesMaintain a clean and organized work areaWork closely with team members to meet production goalsQualifications:Previous forklift experience requiredForklift certification preferredManufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferredStrong attention to safety and safe material handling practicesAbility to accurately complete production documentationTeam-oriented mindset and willingness to support othersReliable attendance and strong work ethicAbility to work overtime as neededBenefits & Perks:$2/hour attendance bonus in addition to base payOvertime opportunities availableWeekly payStable manufacturing environmentApply today!
