In this role, you will support daily production by setting up and operating both CNC and conventional machines, working with a variety of materials and components, and handling special setups for custom projects.Responsibilities:Examine technical documents to determine machining requirements.Mark dimensions and reference points on materials.Secure tools and materials on machines.Adjust machine controls and monitor operations.Inspect finished workpieces for accuracy.Assemble components and ensure proper alignment.Collaborate with team members to solve issues.Create fixtures for various operations.Review and communicate necessary corrections for accuracy.Maintain workplace organization and safety standards.Requirements:Completion of Machine/Tool and Die Technology program or equivalent experience.Proficiency in conventional and CNC equipment setup and operation.3–5 years of manufacturing experience.Background in quality-controlled environments.Excellent problem-solving abilities.Strong communication skills.
