Looking for a hands-on role with a stable company that values hard work and teamwork? We are seeking motivated Laborers to join our growing manufacturing team. As a Laborer, you will assist with a variety of tasks throughout the facility, including material handling, assembly support, equipment operation, quality checks, and maintaining a safe and organized work area. No advanced manufacturing experience is required. We provide training and opportunities for growth. Responsibilities
* Assist with production, assembly, and general labor duties throughout the facility.
* Load, unload, move, and organize materials and finished products.
* Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic manufacturing equipment safely.
* Support machine operators and production teams as needed.
* Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
* Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment (training available).
* Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies.
* Lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 50 lbs regularly.
* Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
* Complete additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in general labor, warehouse, manufacturing, construction, landscaping, or assembly is preferred but not required.
* Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and remain on your feet throughout the shift.
* Comfortable using hand and power tools.
* Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
* Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
* Forklift experience is a plus, but training may be provided.
* Flexible to work overtime, weekends, or different shifts as business needs require.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
