Paid Training!Now hiring FULL TIME for· Production Team Member (Concrete Block Manufacturing) –2nd Shift (3PM until 11:30PM $23.05/HR*)Primary Responsibilities:Operate and monitor concrete block manufacturing machines to ensure efficient production.Set up equipment, molds, and materials according to production specifications.Adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and meet production targets.Inspect finished blocks for quality, consistency, and defects.Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipment.Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily goalsOperate forklifts or other equipmentPhysical Demands:Continuous standing with infrequent lifting up to 75 pounds.Bending, squatting, walking, and twisting.Position Requirements:· Must be eighteen years of age or older· Work in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment*Shift premium included in hourly rate.
