You will work primarily onsite on the first shift (M–F 5:00am–1:30pm) as part of a production team, communicating with supervisors and peers to sustain a safe, efficient work environment. Your work directly impacts product quality, safety, and on-time delivery.Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the TeamSet up, operate, and perform routine maintenance on production machinery and test equipmentFollow job travelers, blueprints, schematics, models, and specifications to complete tasksTroubleshoot machines and implement practical solutions to restore performanceMaintain adequate raw material stock and complete equipment maintenance per schedulesMeasure and verify production items are within tolerances using hand tools and precision instruments (e.g., micrometers)Collaborate with the production team to meet production targets and quality standardsPerform additional tasks as assigned and maintain regular, punctual attendanceHere's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role1–2 years of relevant experience operating machinery in a factory or production environmentHigh School Diploma or equivalentExperience with lathes, milling machines, and stamping pressesProficiency with hand tools and ability to perform basic maintenance tasksAbility to read engineering drawings and blueprintsBasic math skills and strong attention to detailEffective oral and written communication skillsVocational training, apprenticeships, or equivalent related experiencePay Range$11.94 - $14.93/hourReady to Make Your Mark?This role may fill quickly.
