Production Line Supplier – Pre-Sign-Off EngineerRate: ***/hr -***/hr Experience: 3–5 years in manufacturing engineering or supplier quality roles.Role Purpose: Ensure supplier deliverables are validated, open points are tracked to closure, and production line readiness is achieved before formal sign-off.Key Responsibilities:Track and resolve open points with the production line supplier.Perform pre-sign-off activities aligned with customer acceptance criteria.Conduct line balancing studies to validate throughput and efficiency.Coordinate with supplier teams to ensure compliance with project milestones.Document readiness status and report to customer leadership.Support escalation management for supplier delays or quality issues.Required Skills:Strong expertise in line balancing and supplier management.Ability to interpret and apply acceptance checklists and KPIs.Effective communication and negotiation skills with suppliers.Experience in production line commissioning or PPAP readiness preferred.Resource Requirement: 2 Engineers (1 per line).
