Join us.The Process Coach is a key manufacturing leader responsible for process consistency, optimization, and performance for one or two full manufacturing lines in a 24-hour operation. As a core member of the Line Triad, this role uses standard tools and continuous improvement practices to eliminate losses, strengthen capability, and ensure reliable, repeatable execution across all shifts.The Process Coach owns the definition, execution, improvement, and sustainment of standards.
