Production Line Specialist - 32787Davis, OK | Manufacturing | Full TimePosted today | Apply before October 23, 2026DescriptionWe are currently looking for a Full Time Production Line Specialist to join our Bedre Production Unit team located at the Bedre Fine Chocolate Retail and Manufacturing Facility working.Summary: Responsible for the production line processing of products, packaging and labeling while ensuring product quality and following industry standards and regulations.Responsibilities:Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiencyCompletes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunitiesWorks in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types - Maintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environment - Maintains and promotes professionalism - Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics - Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standardsMaintains knowledge of and follows all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines for assigned areaHandles routine customer complaints and incidents, exhibiting the appropriate discretion to identify situations that require the attention of supervisory personnelMaintains proper sanitation and safety practicesEnsures cleanliness, maintenance, safety and sanitation of kitchen and or other assigned areas and reports all necessary problems immediatelyPickups and weighs product by hand using established processComplete packaging tasks such as bulking boxing or count package assemblyPrepares incident reportsPerforms all other duties as assignedCompetencies:Able to follow instructions, both written and oralAble to adhere to all scheduling and attendance requirementsMust be detail-orientedHonesty, truthfulness, reliability, accountabilityAble to read, understand, apply, and retain knowledge of Chickasaw Nation, departmental, divisional and all other rules, regulations, policies, procedures and guidelinesMust be friendly with an outgoing personalityOrganizational and time-management abilitiesAble to verbally communicate in a professional and positive manner with other team members, departments, guests and managementSkills:Developing and basic proficiency skills in ExcelMust be familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite of productsExperience:No prior experience requiredEducation:High School, GED or EquivalentCredentials:Cert Food Protection ProfessionalWorking Conditions:Must be flexible with work schedulePass pre-employment drug testHand-eye coordination, reach and graspManual dexteritySometimes lift and or carry up to 50 lbsSitting up to 50% of shiftStanding up to 75% of shiftTraining: It is the responsibility of each employee to attend required training for their position or profession as determined by their line of support (LOS) or the leadership of the Chickasaw Nation.
