Assist with daily startup activities and support overtime needs as required.Desired Background/Skills: 2+ years of manufacturing experience required. Previous leadership, lead, or supervisory experience preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a changing production environment. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and productivity. Basic math and reading skills. High school diploma or GED required. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply, but not required.
