Learn more at SUMMARY: The line lead is responsible for managing, coordinating, and supporting production assembly lines; assist team(s) to complete orders, and prepare reports, and making sure production objectives are attained. Will perform various roles to assist efficient production including reworks and helping on the line.Key Responsibility:Responsible for organization of production associatesEnsures all scheduled orders are completed in a timely manner and completed all required paperworkIdentifies, troubleshoots, and resolves minor issues with equipment, devices or productsVisually checks components and/or completed product for damage and to maintain quality standardsFollows all safety rulesPerforms other duties as assignedQualifications:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsThorough understanding of products and equipment using in manufacturingExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent time management skills, with proven ability to meet deadlinesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsEducation and/or Experience:High school diploma preferredOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $24/hr to $25/hr.

Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
