The team works with and supports Co-Workers, Management, Human Resources, Customer Teams, Quality, Engineering, and the Training Department.The Role: This position is responsible for coordinating both work and personnel scheduling to support an efficient production process flow.
The role includes supervising production team members with a focus on developing their skills, supporting advancement, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. In addition to overseeing daily operations, this position plays a key role in monitoring performance, identifying opportunities to enhance workflow, and implementing improvements.
The role also offers meaningful opportunities for professional growth.You will spend your time:Prioritizing and coordinating all work activities for co-workers across multiple work centersWorking with management and the team to meet corporate objectivesCoordinating production startups, shutdowns, and changeoversCommunicating needs and statuses between areas of the production floor.
