This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy being on the floor, guiding teams, and ensuring production runs safely, efficiently, and with high quality.Production Leads provide day-to-day direction to operators, help keep work flowing, and act as a key link between the team and leadership.This is a hands-on leadership role requiring active engagement on the production floor throughout the shift.IMPORTANT: Schedule & Shift InformationWe operate on 12-hour alternative work schedules (AWS) to support continuous production.Training PeriodDuring initial onboarding and training, employees will be assigned to a standard 8-hour shift schedule, which may include:6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Monday – Friday)2:15 PM – 10:45 PM (Monday – Friday)Post-Training ScheduleAfter training, employees will transition to a 12-hour shift schedule, which may include:Weekend Day: 5:45 AM – 6:00 PMRotating schedule:Week 1: Friday – Monday (48 hours)Week 2: Friday – Sunday (36 hours)Schedules typically follow 3–4 days per week (36–48 hours).Final shift assignment will be confirmed at time of offer.CompensationBase rate: $25.00 per hourShift differentials offered for evening, night, and weekend schedulesOvertime paid in accordance with applicable lawsWhat You'll DoProvide daily direction, support, and coordination for a team of production employeesEnsure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standardsCoordinate workflow, materials, and priorities to meet production targetsMonitor production progress and escalate issues as neededTrain and support team members, including new hiresReinforce standard work, safety procedures, and company policiesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentPerform other duties as assignedWhat We're Looking ForMinimum QualificationsExperience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environmentAbility to communicate clearly in English (required for safety and coordination)Ability to work in a physically active, fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications1–3 years of manufacturing experiencePrior experience as a team lead, trainer, or informal leaderFamiliarity with ERP or production tracking systemsExperience in high-volume or shift-based manufacturingBilingual (English/Spanish or English/Nepali) is a plusKey SkillsStrong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issuesAbility to lead by example and support team performanceClear communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environmentWork EnvironmentActive, floor-based role with extended standing and walkingExposure to manufacturing conditions (noise, equipment, materials)PPE required and provided where applicableWhy Join CelLinkBe part of a fast-growing advanced manufacturing companyOpportunity to grow into Supervisor roles as we scaleWork in a collaborative, team-driven environmentWe believe diversity and inclusion among our teammates are essential to our success.
