The Production Team is seeking a full-time Production Lead to help carry out the mission of Parkview at the New Lenox Campus.ResponsibilitiesMaintain responsibility for the weekend service experience at a multisite campus.Oversee all AVL technical components at specific multisite campus: Auditorium and Campus venues (i.e.
The City, Alley, all classrooms and nursery rooms, lobby systems)Recruit, manage, schedule and shepherd Production Volunteer Team at specific multisite campus for weekend services, Kids, Students, Groups, etc.Support other ministry events all year long including, but not limited to: Kids weekend programming, Student Ministry programming, Summer Jam, Groups eventsAssist with volunteer training efforts at the discretion of the Production DirectorAssist with the weekly Production Full Run at the Orland Park campus and at respective multisite campusesParticipate in Worship Arts department meetings and Campus Staff meetings as requiredMeet with the Production Director for the purposes of ongoing personal, professional, and ministry developmentCollaborate on the development of new systems and processesFLSA ClassificationFull-time // Non-ExemptWork Schedule40 hours per week // a mixture of weekday, weeknight and weekend hours
