This position is responsible for mentoring and coaching team members, while training both new and existing employees on efficient kitting setup, process flow, and best practices. As a working lead, this role actively participates in production, ensuring all job ticket requirements are met with accuracy and efficiency.In addition, the Production Lead oversees Kitting Line Leads in developing their expertise, serves as a subject matter expert for training, and performs final quality checks prior to shipment.
