Production Line LeadSchedule: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Rotating Shifts)Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Production Line Lead to oversee night shift operations in our plastic manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient production, maintaining quality standards, and leading a team to meet daily production goals.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate production line activities during assigned shiftLead, train, and support production team membersEnsure all safety policies and procedures are followedMonitor production output and make adjustments to meet targetsPerform quality checks to ensure product standards are metTroubleshoot equipment and production issues as they ariseMaintain accurate production records and reportsCommunicate effectively with other shifts and management for smooth transitionsQualifications:Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (plastic manufacturing preferred)Prior leadership or supervisory experience requiredStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to work 12-hour night shifts and rotating schedulesGood communication and organizational skillsBasic mechanical aptitude is a plus
