Cargill is seeking a Production Lead for our Manufacturing & Production team. In this role, you will supervise day-to-day plant operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production of food products. You will coordinate workflows, allocate resources, and troubleshoot issues to meet output and safety goals.
The Production Lead trains and mentors operators, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and supports implementation of lean manufacturing practices. You will collaborate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams, uphold Cargill’s standards for integrity and food safety, and champion a culture of inclusion, innovation, and ongoing learning.
