If the idea of contributing your talents to the next generation of human-centric devices excites you, apply now!Primary Responsibilities3D Printing:Operate and maintain 3D printers to fabricate prototypes and production partsPrepare and optimize 3D models for printing, ensuring accuracy and functionalitySelect and configure printing materials and parameters based on project requirementsPost-process 3D prints, including sanding, smoothing, and finishingProduct Assembly, Firmware Flashing, and Testing:Assemble and integrate complex electrical and mechanical components according to engineering drawings and specificationsWire harnesses and cables, ensuring proper routing and connectionsDesign and build efficient firmware flashing jigs to streamline the flashing processConduct functional testing of assembled units and troubleshoot issuesPhysical Prototyping:Work collaboratively with engineers to translate design concepts into physical prototypesProficient with a wide range of hand and power toolsPerform precision soldering of surface-mount components down to 0201 size on printed circuit boardsOffer creative solutions and suggestions for improving prototype functionality and manufacturabilityAdditional Responsibilities:Maintain and enforce a clean and organized workspaceDocument your work effectively and communicate clearly with colleaguesWillingness to wear multiple hats.
