Production LeadThe Production Lead is responsible for following proper procedures and specifications while being the lead in a production area.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:May be asked to work in any area of the assembly line to assist in production of baked goods as neededMay be asked to work on different lines and/or workstations depending on staffing and production needs, per supervisor discretion.Ensure that production goals and objectives are met in a timely and efficient mannerEnsure that production processes are carried out in accordance with established safety and quality standardsTrain and mentor production staff in the use of equipment and processesRequirements:High school diploma or GED is preferred (not required) and/or a combination of education and relevant experience6 months related experienceBakery experience a plus
