Production LeadPrimary Staffing is currently hiring motivated and dependable Production Leads to support daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. The Production Lead will serve as a working leader responsible for guiding production employees, supporting training initiatives, promoting workplace safety, and helping the team meet daily production goals. This role acts as a key communication link between production employees, Line Coordinators, Onsite Supervisors, and Management.
