Production Lead - 1st & 2nd Shift

Production LeadsPrimary Staffing is currently hiring motivated and dependable Production Leads to support daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. The Production Lead serves as a working leader responsible for guiding production employees, supporting training initiatives, promoting workplace safety, and helping the team achieve daily production goals. This role serves as a key communication link between production employees, Line Coordinators, Onsite Supervisors, and Management.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, excellent communication, reliability, and the ability to foster a positive and productive work environment.RequirementsPrevious leadership or Team Lead experience in manufacturing, warehouse, production, or industrial environments.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Reliable attendance and punctuality.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Available to work rotating 12-hour shifts.Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and support production employees to achieve daily production goals.Provide coaching, guidance, and training to team members.Monitor production activities to ensure productivity, efficiency, and quality standards are met.Coordinate daily workflow and staffing assignments.Reinforce compliance with safety policies, PPE requirements, and company procedures.Communicate production, staffing, equipment, and quality concerns to leadership.Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment.Schedule & PayDay Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM | Starting at $19.00/hrNight Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM | Starting at $20.00/hrFull-Time Position Apply today and take the next step in your leadership career!
