Charter Aarrowcast is seeking a Production Grinding Operator to support our high-quality gray and ductile iron casting operations in Shawano, WI. In this role, you will grind and finish castings, remove excess metal, and ensure products meet strict quality and dimensional standards. You’ll read work orders, use hand and power tools, and perform visual inspections in a fast-paced foundry environment.
