Charter Aarrowcast is seeking a Production Grinding Operator to support high‑quality gray and ductile iron casting production in our Shawano, WI foundry. In this role, you will operate grinding and finishing equipment to remove gates, risers, and defects from castings, ensuring they meet quality and dimensional standards. You will follow safety procedures, use measuring tools to inspect parts, and perform basic equipment checks.
Working in a team-focused, safety-driven environment, you’ll support continuous improvement while building strong technical and trade skills in a stable, growing manufacturing business.
