Charter Aarrowcast is seeking a Production Grinding Operator to grind and finish gray and ductile iron castings in a high-volume foundry environment. In this role, you will set up and operate grinding equipment, follow detailed work instructions, and inspect castings to meet strict quality and dimensional standards. You’ll work on your feet in an industrial setting, use measuring tools and material handling equipment, and strictly follow safety and PPE requirements.
