- Handle and prepared composite materials including fiberglass, fabrics, and resin for manufacturing processes.
- Apply resins and composite materials to molds and components according to production specifications.
- Operate spray booth equipment with proper ventilation systems to apply coatings, resins, or finishes.
- Measure, mix, and apply resins and other materials while maintaining correct ratios and quality standards.
- Trim, assemble, and finish composite parts to meet product specifications.
- Monitor materials and production processes to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety and environmental procedures.
- Used hand tools and basic production equipment to support fabrication and finishing processes.
- Adjust to slow and fast paced work flow
- Follow all workplace safety guidelines when handling chemicals, resins, and fiberglass materials.
- Assist team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
