If you thrive in a fast-paced environment that's both challenging and rewarding, we'd like to learn more about you!As a Operator Inserter with Card Fulfillment Services, you will be responsible for setting up and operating machinery to fill, wrap, label, and pack containers with product. This position is also responsible for filling out and maintaining all documentation, training other team members, observing operations, inspecting packaged items for conformance with specifications, and tallies and weighs products.

Additionally, this position identifies equipment malfunctions and repair needs and makes minor adjustments.This full-time 2nd shift position is expected to work Monday - Friday from 2:15 pm - 10:45 pmKey ResponsibilitiesClearly understand all inserter capabilitiesWork with managers to ensure all required job information is accurate and documentedCoordinate job schedules within the department and provide production updatesParticipate in meetings with production and other CFS employeesAssist in maintaining quality standards for each job they produceComplete all production and quality reports when requiredWork with the warehouse and inventory representatives on material movementMust be able to organize area with product required to complete jobsEnsure the sign off approvals meet production needsManage daily production to meet department schedulesPerform preventive maintenance on the insertersMust be able to communicate with the assistantsPerform other duties and responsibilities as assignedEducationHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong oral and written communication skillsAble to write clearlyProblem solving skillsTeam orientedPositive attitudeSpeak and read EnglishLearns quickly and can adapt to change easilyFlexible schedulingExcellent attendance recordMaintenance or mechanical abilityWe value a work-life balance and the overall well-being of our employees.
