His or her responsibilities will include the following:Develop and maintain the test methodology for client’s FPGAs and IPDevelop ATPG/custom test vectors for fault testingDebug production and test issues; correlate as necessary to process parametersCorrelate silicon performance and power with simulation dataWork with Operations and Program Management to maintain records and documentation related to the production flowSuggest process improvements to reduce test time and improve yieldMentor junior engineersRequired Skills:Familiarity with production test methodologies, fault coverage and fault analysisExperience working on the test floor and/or in a lab environmentFamiliarity with WGL and STIL formats for test vectorsExperience designing/maintaining flows and methodologies from scratchExperience programming in a scripting languageExperience with digital VLSI design and verificationFamiliarity with using and/or designing FPGAs is a plusFamiliarity with object-oriented programming concepts is a plusFamiliarity with revision-control systems (e.g., perforce, git) is a plusExcellent debugging skillsWell organized and excellent communication skills
