Production Data Coordinator

Job TitleDuration: 06 months with possible extensionJob DescriptionAssist with correcting and maintaining Bill of Materials (BOM) data in SAPAssist with correcting and maintaining Routing data in SAPSupport configuration and maintenance of workflows in MESReview system data for accuracy, completeness, and consistencyWork with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to resolve data issuesEnsure changes are completed in accordance with internal procedures and documentation requirementsIf primary assignments are completed, provide document control support within Windchill and AdeptMaintain document revisions and ensure documents are stored in the appropriate systems and locationsSupport maintenance of project and related data in Open ProjectAssist with organization and upkeep of shared file management systemsPerform general data cleanup and administrative support related to engineering and manufacturing systemsRequired Experience/SkillsExperience with SAP data entry, maintenance, or correction activitiesFamiliarity with MES or Manufacturing Execution SystemsStrong attention to detail and ability to work accurately within controlled systemsAbility to manage multiple tasks and follow established proceduresStrong organizational skillsWritten and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teamsDesired Experience/SkillsExperience maintaining BOM and Routing data in SAPExperience configuring workflows in MESFamiliarity with document control systems such as Windchill and AdeptExperience with Open Project and shared file management systemsAbility to work independently and manage priorities with minimal oversightWillingness to support both system data management and document control activitiesAdditional RequirementsMust be detail oriented and capable of maintaining a high level of data accuracyMust be comfortable working across multiple systems and databasesMust be able to follow defined processes and ensure documentation is current and properly controlledExperience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is preferredEducationAssociates Degree required1–3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing systems, document control, or data managementAbout US Tech SolutionsUS Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
