Our client, a Midtown apparel company with several department store brands, is seeking a Production Coordinator. This is a 4-day in-office cadence with Fridays as a work from home option.
- The salary range is $65,000 – $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities:
- Update BOMs at the production stage
- Coordinate with the Design team to distribute color standards for linings and trims to factories
- Approve lab dips/trims to match bulk production
- Labeling and packaging
- Order and track AD/photo samples with factories
- Update and maintain accurate product information and records in the AS400 system
- Request, track, and follow up on technical (tech) samples from factories to support product development
- Assist with additional departmental projects and perform other duties as assigned to support business needs
Required Qualifications:
- Must have excellent computer skills, proficient in Excel and AS400
- Background in Fabrics preferred
- 5-7 years of working experience in garment industry
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
