Then join our team!Job SummaryThe Production Coordinator Specialist is responsible for supporting and coordinating daily production activities to ensure efficient operations, timely delivery, and high-quality output. This role works closely with production teams, supervisors, supply chain, and other departments to manage schedules, materials, and documentation while maintaining safety and operational standards.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate, monitor, and prioritize daily production schedules to meet deadlines and customer requirementsCommunicate with peers at other Trescal labs to coordinate network support servicesServe as a liaison between production, planning, and customer serviceTrack production progress and provide regular status updates to managementDaily review of incoming equipment to verify necessary components and accessories are available to complete the workEnsure availability of materials, equipment, and resources for productionMaintain accurate production records, reports, and documentationIdentify and help resolve production issues, delays, and bottlenecksAssist with production planning and workflow optimizationPromote cooperation and coordination among departments and employees to facilitate efficient teamwork in the labEnsure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standardsProvide input for strategic planning of services and procedures in support of continuous improvement initiativesRequirementsEducationAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field preferredSufficient same/similar work experience also consideredExperience2+ years of experience in production coordination, manufacturing, operations, or related role preferredSkills and CompetenciesStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Attention to detail and accuracyStanding, walking, and lifting
