Production CoordinatorThe Production Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the success and reconciliation of show and event productions by coordinating the technical, personnel and financial aspects of the Production department while supporting & collaborating with the Production Manager and the rest of the Production department with thorough & detailed preparation.What This Role Will Do:Work in tandem with the Production Manager, venue, touring, and client production teams.Helps the Production Manager with settlement, payroll, scheduling, and administrative tasks to make for a seamless and effective departmentCoordinates interdepartmental communicationWorks with the Production Manager to create and maintain department manuals and training materials for all production positionsAssist and support production department personnelCreate and maintain an inventory and maintenance logWork with the Production Manager to schedule staff, rentals, and hospitality within show and event budgetary guidelines.Advance technical and hospitality details for shows and events along with the Production ManagerAttends production and venue staff meetings as outlined by the GM and PMWhat This Person Will Bring:Calm and levelheaded in fast paced environmentsPrior production experience specific to entertainment venues, theaters, or touring scenariosGeneral understanding of stage lighting, pro audio systems and video systemsAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to make clear concise decisions, sometimes with limited informationStrong computing and accounting skills (Microsoft Excel, Teams, Outlook, Word, Adobe Acrobat, BOX, Sharepoint, Zoom, Asana, Airtable, Slack, Etc)Must possess strong communication and note taking skillsPhysical Demands/Working Environment:Must be able to lift up to 75 lbsAble to work in moderate to loud level or noise in work environmentEqual Employment OpportunityWe aspire to build teams that reflect and support the fans and artists we serve.
