Production Control AssociateWe are looking for a Production Control Associate to join our Circular Products Business Unit. The Production Control Associate is responsible for maintaining the integrity of production and inventory data through accurate transaction processing, inventory control activities, reporting, and administrative execution. This position serves as a critical link between Operations, Materials, Quality, Engineering, and Scheduling by ensuring that production transactions, inventory records, work authorizations, and supporting documentation are processed accurately, timely, and in accordance with established procedures.Location: Winsted, MN Salary Range: $ /hour (In compliance with Minnesota Pay Transparency Law, this range reflects the anticipated compensation for this role.

Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7AM-4PM Shift Differential: N/AAs a Production Control Associate, you will:Maintain transactional accuracy and drive continuous improvementSupport inventory accuracy and control proceduresAdminister work authorization and production control processesDeliver operation reporting and data integrityProcess production, inventory, and job order transactions accurately and timely within the ERP system to maintain data integrity and support manufacturing operationsCreate, release, print, and distribute production job orders in accordance with established production priorities and work authorization requirementsProcess and maintain rework, DMR, engineering change, and other non-standard production transactions in accordance with established proceduresAudit production and inventory transactions to identify discrepancies and ensure alignment between physical inventory and system recordsResearch, reconcile, and resolve inventory, transaction, and documentation discrepancies through collaboration with Operations, Materials, Quality, and Engineering teamsSupport inventory accuracy initiatives through cycle count review, transaction validation, root cause investigation, and corrective action follow-up.Assist shop floor personnel with job order, documentation, inventory, and transaction-related questions and resolution of issues.Develop and maintain standard work instructions supporting production control, inventory management, and transactional processes.Role Qualifications as a Production Control Associate:Ability to process transactions accurately and identify discrepancies before they impact operationsWorking knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, inventory transactions, and production control processesUnderstanding of inventory management principles, cycle counting, and discrepancy resolutionAbility to investigate root causes, identify process gaps, and implement corrective actionsAbility to follow established procedures while identifying opportunities to improve accuracy, and standardizationJoin Millerbernd Manufacturing – Where Your Career Can Take ShapeAbout Us: At Millerbernd, we don't just offer jobs—we build careers.
