Shift Production AssociateJoin our team as a Shift Production Associate, where you will operate manufacturing and assembly equipment in a well-organized and climate-controlled facility. You will be responsible for assembling automotive thermostat components, ensuring product quality, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.ResponsibilitiesOperate manufacturing and assembly equipment according to established work instructions and safety procedures.Assemble automotive thermostat components and related parts.Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to ensure product quality.Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or production concerns to supervisors.Monitor machine performance and perform basic troubleshooting as needed.Maintain accurate production and quality records.Package and label finished products according to lean manufacturing principles.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Comply with all company policies, safety requirements, and quality standards.Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and support departments to meet production goals.Assist with other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsExperience with production, assembly, general labor, and packaging.Ability to work first shift Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:45pm.Willingness to work mandatory overtime on Saturdays when required.Proficiency in using hand tools and performing general production tasks.Ability to conduct visual inspections.Additional Skills & QualificationsNo prior experience required; entry-level position.Good attitude, willingness to learn, and reliability.Why Work Here?Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, retirement savings options, and paid time off.
