Production Worker (Finisher)Position: Finisher / Production WorkerSchedule: Monday through FridayShift: 1st ShiftHours: 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM, with occasional overtime until 1:30 PMPay Rate: $18.00 per hourResponsibilities:Perform finishing operations on manufactured products.Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.Sand, clean, polish, trim, or package parts as needed.Identify and report quality issues to supervisors.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Assist with general warehouse and production duties as needed.Work Environment: The work takes place in a comfortable, temperature-controlled production facility focused on wax molding, finishing, and assembly. You will regularly use scalpels, brushes, hand tools, power tools, and hot iron torches while working at production benches or stations. The shift runs from 4:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., with work on Saturdays as part of the schedule. The environment emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and organization, with established procedures to guide daily tasks and ensure consistent product quality.Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Valencia, CA.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
