Racker Team MemberThe Racker Team Member is responsible for affixing small aluminum parts onto titanium metal anodizing racks. This position also includes basic visual inspection of parts ensuring quality specifications are met.Essential Functions:Works within close proximity of othersLifts and carries boxes of parts weighing up to 25 poundsIdentifies part imperfections according to quality specificationsDifferentiates between different sizes, shapes and styles of partsFulfills the requirements of each position on the racking line including lead racker, buffer-racker, wheel and autoload racking positions during shift.Builds boxes for finished goods as needed.All other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively as it relates to the job and safety regulationsAbility to use both hands to pick-up and manipulate small parts simultaneouslyMust be able to work overtime as needed, sometimes on short notice or on weekendsCapable of standing for long periods of timeAbility to lift up to 25 lbs.Can successfully work in a team environmentWilling to take direction from others
