We focus on the details of every project and most importantly, we focus on our clients.OverviewProvide an exceptional experience for CertaPro Painters' customers to dramatically differentiate ourselves from our competition by delivering exceptional painting experiences to our customers.Fulfill the obligations of the essential functions; Production, Quality Assurance, Administration, and Marketing.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with Sales Associates to understand all aspects of jobsManaging the production schedule and assign painters to projectsManaging residential customer communication after the saleEnsuring non-sales related aspects of projects are complete and ready for production, including assisting customers with color selection, HOA approvals, and other potential projects delaysDetermine quantity and order paint for projectsHand off jobs to painters when Sales Associates are not availableEnsure painters provide daily updates on current painting projectTrack paint, materials, equipment, painter hours and purchases. Cost jobs and bill customersPerform quality assurance site visits. Ensure jobsites are clean and painters are properly brandedHandle customer call backs and complaintsSchedule and assign warrantiesAssist with recruiting painters, carpenters, stucco masons and other relevant tradesCost jobsGeneral office dutiesQualifications and SkillsCurrent driver's license and reliable transportation and valid insurance.
