If you value consistency, safety, and producing a product you can be proud of—this is the place for you.Wage: $20.50/hourShift: 1st / 2nd (Rotating)Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm or 2:00pm - 10:00pmProduction Associate Responsibilities:Monitor and control production machineryMonitor and use "Clean in Place" procedures on product machinery and toolsScoop and shovel cheese curds in large binsTake samples of product for lab testingMaintain appropriate production recordsFill out proper documentation in accordance to customer specification and government agenciesAid other employees to maintain a safe process and quality productFollow safety proceduresMaintain clean work environmentOperate within HACCP guidelines to ensure safe, quality productOperate and set up bagging machine to bag and seal blocks of cheeseRequirements for Production Associate:High School Diploma or equivalentExperience of 1-2 years in a manufacturing positionAbility to stand the entire shift 8-10 hours a dayExposure to toxic, caustic chemicals (anhydrous ammonia), acid washAbility to lift up to 50lbs rarely from the ground and 20lbs occasionallyAbility to work in warm/hot environmentExcellent attendance record and team focusQuality focusedAbility to work overtime as needed on Saturdays
