We are seeking Production Associates to join our team in Macedon, NY. In this role, you will support key manufacturing operations, working alongside experienced professionals to produce high-quality products that meet our rigorous standards.Responsibilities:Assist with various tasks on the production floorUse small hand tools, power tools, and small pressesAssemble product components and perform sub-assembly workEnsure items are properly assembled, labeled, packed, and prepared for shippingMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety guidelines and standard operating proceduresRequirements:Ability to stand, sit, bend, or lift (up to 50 lbs.) for extended periodsDependable and detail-oriented with a focus on qualityStrong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environmentWillingness to learn and follow directionsThis is a great opportunity for a reliable, hands-on individual—whether you're looking to build on existing experience or begin a new career in manufacturing.
