We have immediate, full-time openings forHigh reach lifts are a plus, Forklift Operators / Machine AssistantsThis dual-responsibility role requires safely navigating a fast-paced warehouse environment on a forklift while actively assisting with production machinery setup and material feeding.Shift Schedules1st Shift: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (Monday – Friday)2nd Shift: 3:15 PM – 1:45 AM (Monday – Friday)Key ResponsibilitiesForklift Operation: Safely navigate forklifts to unload trailers, move materials, and stack finished product pallets.Line Replenishment: Transport inventory smoothly to feed active production equipment and eliminate manufacturing downtime.Machine Assisting: Manually load raw products, components, or stock materials directly into production machinery.Physical Labor: Frequently lift, push, pull, and carry warehouse items weighing up to 50 lbs. independently.Quality & Upkeep: Perform continuous visual quality inspections on finished goods and maintain a clean, organized work area.QualificationsRequired: Minimum 1–2 years of active forklift operation experience in an industrial or warehouse setting.Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
