General Production WorkerThis role focuses on producing high-quality sporting goods products, with current openings in helmet molding and surface preparation, softball pad printing, and baseball/softball tee assembly. Depending on the production department, you may be exposed to dust, airborne fibers, dirt, noise, vibrations, chemicals, and solvents. Appropriate personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, sleeves, smocks, face shields, and face masks is required while performing certain tasks. Footwear must have covered toes, and employees may wear jeans or shorts in accordance with dress guidelines. Work is performed in small production cells of approximately 5–6 people, encouraging close collaboration. The position operates on a first shift schedule from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Crosse, WI.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
