Job Title: Production Associate I

Work Schedule: Sunday- Friday 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Employees will receive one additional scheduled day off, which will be assigned upon their start date.)

- Cold-temperature production environment.
- Standing and walking for the majority of the shift.
- Fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
- Wash, prep, peel, and cut fresh fruit according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production and staging areas.
- Ensure raw product storage areas remain clean and orderly.
- Remove empty boxes, trash, and other debris promptly.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Report incidents, accidents, or safety concerns immediately to management.
- Work cooperatively with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Complete all assigned duties efficiently and safely.
- 0-3 years of related experience preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good hand dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
Equipment Used:
- Fruit peelers and small paring knives (training provided).
- No machinery operation required for this position.
- Company-provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including cut-resistant gloves.
- For food safety purposes:
- No artificial nails.
- No artificial eyelashes.
- No jewelry permitted except for a plain wedding band without stones.
