Production Operator I – Padding DepartmentWe are seeking a dependable Production Operator I to support our Padding Department manufacturing operations. This hands-on position is responsible for operating and monitoring padding production equipment, packaging finished products, performing quality checks, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor padding production equipment according to established work instructions.Assist with machine setup, product changeovers, and startup activities.Package, bag, box, label, and palletize finished products to customer specifications.Inspect products throughout the production process to ensure quality standards are met.Accurately complete production records, quality documentation, and downtime logs.Operate scrap grinding equipment and support recycling and waste reduction efforts.Maintain clean, organized work areas following 5S and housekeeping standards.Follow all safety policies, lockout/tagout procedures, and food safety requirements.Communicate production issues, equipment concerns, and quality observations to supervisors and team members.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and productivity.Starting Pay$20.00 per hourShift Differential+$1.00 per hour for hours worked between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.No shift differential for hours worked between 8:00 a.m.
