* Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
* Consistently meet production targets and quality standards
* Maintain a clean, safe work area following OSHA standards
* Assist with plant housekeeping and end-of-shift cleanup
* Work cooperatively with your team to foster a positive work environment
* Follow all Hope Network policies, procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
* Perform other departmental duties as assigned
