Production Associate- Pay up to $22/hr- IN.Location: Indianapolis, IN.Pay: $22/hrShift: 1st shift- 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (2/2/3 rotating schedule)3rd shift- 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM (2/2/3 rotating schedule)Key ResponsibilitiesLoad raw materials into automated production equipment.Monitor production lines and ensure products meet quality standards.Perform quality inspections and document production data.Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report concerns as needed.Read and follow work instructions and production specifications.Operate forklifts and overhead cranes after training.Package, label, and move finished products.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.Required QualificationsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision.Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout a 12-hour shift.Comfortable working at heights and using stairs or lift equipment.Ability to read, write, and understand English work instructions.Strong attendance record and stable work history.Willingness to be trained on forklifts and other equipment.Preferred ExperienceManufacturing or production experience.Warehouse, construction, or general labor experience.Machine operation experience.Quality inspection experience.Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.Forklift experience (not required).Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franklin, IN.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $22.11 - $23.61/hr.
