Production AssociateJoin a leading manufacturer specializing in tile decking and rooftop patio products used in residential and commercial applications across North America. Our high-quality, grout-free porcelain stoneware is known for its resistance to frost, mold, rot, slip, and fading. We seek a versatile individual to operate manufacturing equipment, use hand and power tools, finish products, and report any equipment issues.ResponsibilitiesOperate hand and power tools to fabricate and assemble products.Perform quality control of production.Assemble and package products.Set up manufacturing equipment for custom orders and designs.Understand and execute work orders.Perform repetitive assembly tasks using hand, power tools, and automated equipment.Operate adhesive machines to bond tile and substrate materials.Pull inventory to fill orders and construct crates for outgoing shipments.Perform light fabrication tasks such as drilling holes, measuring, cutting, and sawing for product sub-assembly.Read work orders, shipping orders, or requests to determine items to be moved or shipped.Essential SkillsStrong hand and power tool skills.General labor experience.Assembly and machine operation skills.Basic blueprint reading.Carpentry skills are a plus.Manufacturing or mechanical skills are advantageous.Why Work Here?Experience the benefits of working in a smaller shop where you are valued as more than just a number.
