As a Production Associate, you’ll play a key role in managing the flow of materials and finished goods in and out of our warehouse. You’ll handle receiving, quality checks, assembly, and boxing of outgoing shipments, all while keeping our warehouse management system accurate and our workspace clean and organized. You’ll work in a fast-paced but supportive environment, collaborating with your team to meet daily shipping and receiving goals.

Monday through Friday, 7:30 am-4 pm

Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments, verifying quantities and condition against packing slips and purchase orders
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing materials to catch damage, defects, or discrepancies before they move further down the line
- Assemble seats and build pallets to prepare accurate, secure outgoing shipments
- Box and package finished products for shipment, ensuring items are properly protected and labeled
- Operate a forklift to move, load, and unload pallets and materials safely and efficiently
- Use the warehouse management system to log incoming and outgoing inventory movements accuratelyAssist with inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels
- Keep the warehouse, dock, and workstations clean, organized, and up to OSHA safety standards
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
Qualifications
- Forklift experience required
- Previous shipping/receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar inventory tracking software preferred
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail, particularly for quality control checks
- Dependable and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking (training provided)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 60 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach for extended periods throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
- Ability to climb ladders and safely retrieve items from shelves
- Ability to grip, handle, and manipulate objects such as tools, boxes, and packing materials
- Good hand-eye coordination and motor skills to assemble, box, and inspect products accurately
- Ability to safely operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment
- Ability to work at a steady pace while maintaining accuracy and safety standards
- Must be able to hear, see, and communicate effectively to follow instructions and collaborate with team members
